About

I am Head of Product Design at Dataction Analytics in Pune, working on enterprise products where many stakeholders, real constraints, and user need have to stay in one frame. Across fintech, platforms, and design systems, the through-line is the same: reduce ambiguity, align the people who decide, and leave behind systems that outlast any single release.

Enterprise
Complex platforms where business process, engineering constraint, and user need must be held in one frame
Fintech
Cross-market products where clarity and trust are part of the product, not decoration
Systems
Foundations and patterns that keep design quality coherent as teams and surfaces multiply

Operating principles

Beliefs that shape how I lead design when the problem is still unsettled.

  1. Name the problem before you speed it up

Velocity without a shared problem statement only ships confusion faster. Clarity first-then momentum.

  2. Alignment is a design deliverable

Parallel opinions are not a strategy. Design earns its keep when stakeholders leave with one decision they can defend.

  3. Systems outlast single screens

Repeated product choices become patterns. Patterns become principles. That is how quality stays coherent across teams and platforms.

  4. What ships is the design

Intention is not the product. Stay close enough to interaction, craft, and implementation that quality survives contact with reality.
